We made it so you can meet our ever-expanding extended family and learn about our love-filled oasis, where we’ve been helping families of San Leandro raise awesome little humans for over 15 years now.

About us

Out Came The Sun is a home family daycare located in North San Leandro. We offer a combination of full and part-time childcare, including some afterschool openings. Located in the Broadmoor area of San Leandro, we are within walking distance of Roosevelt Elementary School.

Out Came The Sun is an inspiring and nurturing place. Our home and huge yard is a magical setting for children to be active, engaged and cared for in the day. Experienced and loving care is provided by Rose-Marie. While most of our children are under 5 years of age, there are a few older children, particularly those who come after school.

A wait list is used if we are full at the time you call. We are closed for the month of July.
